On the weekend we were lucky enough to be invited to WAFIC and we did an awesome Demo of Konga with some amazing Feedback. We filled the room at Perth Convention Centre with the most phenomenal views of Perth City! Check us out:
Hi Everyone! Just thought I would share with you a sample of what our Jungle Body Instructors receive every 4 weeks! In order for them to get all the new Routines together they receive a Video that shows them 10 new workouts! They simply login to The Jungle Body website and view the videos which we film in our Fremantle Jungle Body Head Office. It is here that Instructors checkout the steps and can see how the routine should look! They also get a list of all the music that goes with the routines and some Choreography notes. I have posted a sample below, so you can check it out! Not to mention that we already have over 150 Routines our in Konga Database alone. So when you become an Instructor you have literally hundreds of routines to use in your Classes!

The Jungle Body was invited last year to do a KONGA Masterclass at WAFIC - http://www.wafic.net.au/ - Western Australia's premier Fitness Conference. Well time has flown by, and here we are now! The Masterclass will run this weekend and we have lots of Perth based instructors coming down to work out!
If you are based in Perth and have a passion for fitness we definitely recommend coming along to this awesome weekend!
Now it's time to check out Yin, one of our Sydney Instructors do her KONGA Boxing routine! Sexy but fierce....we love it!
I am always on the look out for recipes with suprisingly low calories but a yum taste! This recipe certainly takes the cake!

Makes 12 sexy, silly and sumptious cupackes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a standard 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners. Spritz them lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, stir together milk and vinegar. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla. Pour in the now curdled milk and mix all ingredients well.
Stir in dry ingredients until just combined. The batter will be thin and wet, similar to a runny pancake batter. Divide it evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Bake for about 18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of one comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack before removing to cool completely.

The Jungle Body is now stocking the sexy and the stylish G-LOVES by Hedda Royce straight from sunny Los Angeles.
Initially, Hedda's goal was to design a workout glove for comfort and safety -- two very important qualities in a lifting glove. She wanted more than what was already on the market, which she refers to as a smaller version of a man's glove. Boring! She wanted more edginess. A glove that enabled her to maintain her femininity while pumping the requisite iron!
It's here. It's pretty. It is feminine, protective, sassy, sexy, sweet and comfortable. Something that perfectly fits in with The Jungle Body!
