- Stretching and Flexibility work (For example quad stretch, calf stretches and hip openers)
- Ballet Style Exercises (Plie’s, Toe Stretches, Rises and Kick Backs)
- Core toning/Strength Building (Abdominal Crunches, Press Ups, Plank and Bridges)
- Dance based movements (Hip Circles/Thrusts, Shoulder snaps, arm movements)
