Jagua is a body sculpting class choreographed to hip hop/pop/golden oldies and rock music.

It is about creating a lean, strong and toned body in a musical environment that improves your physical and emotional well being. Expect to stretch and tone your entire body to your favourite songs from Katy Perry to The Beatles.

Jagua is a combination of

  • Stretching and Flexibility work (For example quad stretch, calf stretches and hip openers)
  • Ballet Style Exercises (Plie’s, Toe Stretches, Rises and Kick Backs)
  • Core toning/Strength Building (Abdominal Crunches, Press Ups, Plank and Bridges)
  • Dance based movements (Hip Circles/Thrusts, Shoulder snaps, arm movements)

Jagua can make an enormous change and improvement in your life permanently. The class;
