  4. Fulfilling relationships  

Your ideal weight is not about a number on a scale, a BMI test or a comparison to someone else. Your ideal weight depends on how you feel, what you find physically attractive, what is healthy for you, what gives you energy & what makes you happy.

Before you read any of our "Articles" we have a special Top 5 list of what we think you should do to have the ultimate Jungle Body! Whether that be ripped and lean like Cameron Diaz, curvacious like Lara Bingle, super-toned like Jennifer Nicole Lee or model-trim like Jesinta Campbell - you need to feed your body the right fuel!

TIP 1 - Hydrate! Drink religiously 2 litres of water a day to detox, hydrate, keep you regular in the potty & to keep your skin/eyes/lips clear!

TIP 2 - PLAN 3-6 regular meals a day. Start with a nutritous breakfast to kickstart your metabolism, have planned your snacks (so you dont binge on a Kit Kat Chunky at the servo), a satasfying lunch so you can work hard & a delicious dinner that will repair your body as you sleep. Plan these meals so you never are stuck having to eat the wrong thing!

Keisha and Jessinta Cambell Bikini Body Jungle BodyTIP 3 - Exercise! Find something that you absolutely love, can commit to regularly & that makes you feel good! This may be a Jungle Body class, a social walking group, a team sport, pumping weights in the gym, Pilates, walking the dog or Hoola Hooping infront of the television. Its only when you get to 50/60 years of age & you struggle to do simple tasks, break bones easily & begin to lose your posture that you will truly regret not working out at a younger age! Your bones are a living thing, just like your toes & fingers - so you need to strengthen them!

TIP 4 - Supplement your diet! The foods we eat today (for most people) dont give us enough Minerals & Vitamins to keep up with our daily "output". For example taking the Pill depletes vitamins like Zinc & magnesium! Therefore you need to speak with a Doctor/Naturopath/Iridologist/Dietician to make sure you are getting all that you need & extra's in areas you need more of! There are so many natural supplements to your diet like Spirulena, Magnesium Powder, Fish Oil, Sea Buckthorn Plant, Psyillum Husk, Chia Seeds, Protein Powder, Pre-biotics - so many things which will make your body sing!

TIP 5 - Surround yourself with good people! Negative relationships, "bitching", hurtful words, gossip, jelousy, a job you hate even a Personal Trainer you despise - can all be toxic to your body. Its amazing how emotions can make us sick or even contact diseases that we would never have had. Emotions are simply a form of energy that runs through your body like an electrical current. As this current shoots through our body it triggers the release of chemical proteins! For instance, happiness, joy, laughter cause the release of endorphins which relax muscles, improve your mood and reduce pain! However, on the flip side if you are stressed Adrenalin is released which can cause you tension as your muscles tighten and over a long time can suppress your immunie system, use up Vitamins & Minerals and can cause inflammation!
