Vypa is a hardcore, high intensity work out aimed at increasing your core strength and lowering your body fat. It should feel like you are in a football training session.
Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Capoeira, Plyometrics and professional football training. The class is set with loud spine tingling music where only the fittest survive.
A one hour Vypa class is high intensity training and can burn 800-1000 calories making you aerobically and anaerobically fitter.
The harder you work out, the greater the post-workout metabolism increase so you can burn even more calories to get lean.
The class will have you completing variations that include sparring, kicking, power punching, defending and plyometrics. You will execute all your movements upon an imagined opponent to improve your speed, resistance, and strength.
